Low Order Waveplate
Waveplate
>>> Low Order Waveplate
Low order (multiple order)
waveplate is designed to have a retardance of several full
waves and plus desired fraction. The result is a single
and physically robust component with superior
performance. However, small variation in wavelength or
temperature can result in significant changes in the desired
fractional retardance. Low order waveplates are least
expensive and used in applications where the increased sensitivities
are not important.
