Advanced Manufacturing and Inspection

New Rise Optics is equipped with most advanced production machineries and the latest inspection instruments, including Pekin-Elmer Lambda 900 spectrophotometer and ZYGO  GPI-XP interferometer. Our state of the art manufacturing facility is ISO 9001 Certified and has a total facility area of 10,000 sq. ft.  Monthly output for lens exceeds 10,000 pcs.  All coatings are done in house to reduce cost and improve delivery.  We have the latest coating machines made from both German and U.S.  

Specialty Optics Fabrication Capability

In addition to manufacturing conventional optics, New Rise Optics have the capability to fabricate following specialty optics:

1) Large size glass Beamsplitter up to 1500mm x 2000mm (59" x 78.8") size with 3~10mm in thickness.

2) Miniature optics, including C-Lens, Grin-Lens, and mini Fused Silica windows with diameter of 600µm.

3) C-Lens or Grin-Lens with gold plating.

4) Cutting micron size slits on wafers made of Fused Silica or other optical materials.
